This is a 29 year old female from Tucson who was interested in a bilateral breast augmentation and mastopexy. She was a B cup at the time of her consultation and wanted to be a full C cup or a small D cup. I believed she was a great candidate for this procedure after her consultation. We discussed the procedure in great detail as well as implant sizes and I recommended smooth, round, silicone implants to be placed beneath the muscle. To determine the volume of the implants, she used implant sizers and decided that she liked the look of 375cc high profile implants. I noted that she had some asymmetry between her breasts, and her left breast had significant ptosis, or sagging, compared to the right breast. A mastopexy, otherwise known as a lift, was necessary on the left breast. She agreed to the procedure and underwent surgery at a surgery center in Tucson soon after. During surgery I inserted a 375cc smooth round high profile Mentor MemoryGel Xtra breast implant on the right side, and placed the same size implant on the left side. A mastopexy was performed on the left side, which allowed me to achieve the best symmetry. She had an smooth postoperative course. It has been a couple of years since her surgery, and she is thrilled with her results.
