This is a 60 year old female who had undergone previous breast augmentation 20 years prior to her consultation with Dr. Rao. She had her previous implants removed, and was interested in having them placed back. I decided she would be a great candidate for a breast augmentation as well as mastopexy, or a lift due to the ptosis in her breasts. The procedure was discussed in great detail as well as the varying implant sizes and what she was looking to achieve this time around. She agreed to the 300cc sizer, and soon after underwent surgery at a surgery center in Tucson. I performed a bilateral breast augmentation with 300cc smooth, round, high profile implants on both breasts, and performed a mastopexy as well. The surgery went great, and her post-operative journey has been worry-free. It has now been over 3 years since the procedure, and she has continued to love the appearance of her new breasts!
