This is a 35 year old female from Tucson who came for a consultation and was interested in placement of breast implants, as well as improving the contour of her abdomen after having children.. known as our “Mommy Makeover.” After talking with her, I decided she would be a great candidate for both procedures. She was looking to increase her breast size about 2 cup sizes. We discussed both procedures in great detail, as well as the size difference between implants and the difference in projection/appearance. After trying sizers and using our 3D Crisalix simulation, she decided on 405cc implants. The possible risks and complications of both surgeries were reviewed as well and the patient agreed to move forward with the procedures. Shortly after, she underwent surgery at a surgery center in Tucson. I inserted 405cc smooth, round, moderare-plus profile Mentor MemoryGel Xtra silicone breast implants on both sides with the aid of a Keller Funnel. She also underwent circumferential 360 degrees liposuction with an abdominoplasty. Over 600ml of fat was liposuctioned from each side/flank and back. The surgery went smoothly and she is now 5 months post-op. Her post-op journey has been worry-free and successful, and she is feeling more confident than ever in her own skin.
